One of the best ways to enjoy free organic traffic from the search engines is to use unique fresh content that is focused on one subject. I have tried in the past a long time ago to use what they call PLR articles (Private Label Rights) to drive traffic to a website, and it just does not work. Google and other more sophisticated search engines despise that PLR stuff because it is most likely to be duplicate content spread across tens of thousands of websites. So a rule of thumb is you can use it to generate ideas on topics to write about but don’t look at PLR content to replace your need for becoming a great & proficient writer. Writing in my opinion, is the most underrated and valuable skill you can have as a website owner. Writing is the key to convincing skeptical buyers of the benefits of a product and the reasons why they should make the purchase from you instead of your competitor. Basically, this concept is called copy writing.

Copywriting not to be confused with copyrighting, is the art and skill of writing a Ad that gets people to buy your product or services. Read books on the topic of copywriting, attend seminars, join membership sites and anything else you can think of to get your skills up to par. Having the abilities or the aptitude to build a cool looking website is great, and I commend you on that. However, if you can’t write anything that “pulls” and gets random visitors to make purchases than your cool website is really a waste of your time and the visitor to your site time.

One method to spread your message online once you have your copy writing skills up to snuff is to give away a Free Report or EBook. Make sure you have researched your topic thoroughly and have combed through similar products that have been released before you try to introduce a new perspective on the subject you choose. A lot of people feel that they need to write on topics like Internet Marketing or Making Money Online, but if you have no real skills or experience in this department don’t even try it. The Internet Marketing field is overflowing with competition so it is kind of difficult to crack through. You may want to consider some other subjects that interest you.

Hobbies have been the launching pad for Millions of businesses & inventions throughout the ages. Hobbies are a great way to begin a business seeing that it is something you truly love and enjoy. If you do something you really love you’re going to pour out passion and most all have the dedication to stick with it when things are kind of rough. Everybody has a hobby, whether it’s reading science fiction novels, building model trains, collecting movie star memorabilia or building computers. If you have something that really interest you try to bring a different perspective on the subject and watch you copy writing skills will shine.
